Return Policy
All sales are final on personalized product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Turnaround Time
The turnaround time is 5-7 days plus shipping, if you are not local. This is for our in stock product. There is a rush option for extra charge. 

Outside embroidery turnaround time is 14 days. 

Outside Embroidery
We do accept outside product for embroidery (local drop off and pick up only by customer) upon workload availability. 

Monogram Etiquette
A traditional monogram is presented in first, last, middle initial order. So for Blair Cornelia Waldorf her monogram could be as follows: BWC. Unless otherwise noted this will be the standard process for all monogrammed items.
